Meal ideas for your picky toddler

It’s no secret that toddlers can be mighty picky eaters. My boys are no exception.

Here are some of the meals and snacks I can count on when they turn away everything else.

Breakfast

  • Berries and Cream Oatmeal
  • Banana and Cheerios
  • Protein Waffles with strawberries
  • Yogurt and Toast
  • Scrambled eggs
  • Pre-made breakfast muffins – Biscuit, egg, turkey sausage, shredded mozzarella.
 

Morning snack

  • Banana Nut Protein Muffin
  • Granola Bar
  • Applesauce and pretzels
  • Pear slices
 

Lunch

  • Chicken Nuggets with Fries
  • Hotdog with carrots (cooked)
  • Pepperoni, cheese stick and crackers
  • Grilled chicken with bbq sauce and green beans
  • “Salad” Lettuce, carrots, boiled egg, avocado, and ranch.
  • Freezer Pizza (Red Baron is their favorite)
 

Afternoon Snack

  • Goldfish Crackers
  • Apples and Grapes
  • yogurt covered raisins
  • Ritz crackers
 

Dinner

  • Rice and Black beans with Ground Turkey (Seasoned with Goya Sazonador total)
  • Protein Pasta, Ground Turkey (Goya Seasoning) and Organicville marinara with broccoli
  • Freezer Meatballs with Green beans
  • Grilled cheese with baked beans
  • Homemade Chicken fried rice
  • Cut up Hamburger with Mashed Potatoes
